Data processing
​
1. Personal Data
Personal data corresponds to any information, of any nature and regardless of its support, relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
Through this website and depending on the purpose as mentioned below, the following personal data may be collected: (i) name, (ii) contact details (phone and email), (iii) CV, that is, information necessary and relevant to the realization of the services requested from us.

2. Purpose and Processing of Personal Data
Personal data are collected in a lawful, loyal and transparent manner, considering that their processing is necessary and indispensable for the performance of the service that we are responsible for, namely the intermediation of various credits, as well as for the fulfillment of legal obligations as a credit intermediary and /or mediator. In this way, the customer recognizes and accepts that, without access to the personal data collected, the provision of this service is not possible.
Thus, the data subject declares expressly, freely and in an informed manner that he provides the data identified above for the following purposes:

The personal data collected are processed by computer and in strict compliance with the legislation on the protection of personal data, being stored in specific databases based in the EU, created for this purpose and, under no circumstances, will the data collected be used for any purpose other than is the one for which consent has been given by the data subject.

3. Conservation of Personal Data
The data provided and collected by us with consent will be kept for the period of time necessary for the purpose that justified its collection and in order to comply with legal obligations or until the time necessary to guarantee the exercise of the rights of opposition has elapsed, rectification and erasure.

4. Right of access, rectification, erasure, limitation of processing and right to portability of Personal Data
The user, as the data subject, is guaranteed, at any time, the right to access his Personal Data, as well as the respective rectification, erasure, portability, limitation and/or opposition to treatment – in this sense, he may exercise any of these rights by writing to Cátia Costa using the following email address catiacosta.finance@gmail.com
Without prejudice to the foregoing, the user will always have the right to submit any complaints he deems appropriate to the competent authority, whose contact details can be found at www.cnpd.pt.

5. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
For the purposes of executing the credit intermediation agreement entered into between the parties, the Data Controller will transfer the Customer's personal data to the Financial and Credit Institutions, whose list can be consulted on the website https://www.bportugal.pt /
The customer may also obtain information about the entities to which the Data Controller transmits his data (all based in the EU), by sending an email to the email address: catiacosta.finance@gmail.com.
If the Customer gives their consent, the financial and credit institutions with which the credit intermediary has established commercial partnerships will be able to consult information about them contained in the Credit Responsibilities Central as well as in the List of Check Users that Offer Risk, both of which exist with Banco de Portugal, in accordance with the applicable legislation and regulations.
